PPTI Fun Recipes (Open House August 5, 2013)



Spicy Honey Pork Spareribs

Ingridients:
600g of Pork ribs cut into 1 and 1/2 inches
1tbsp. of Oyster sauce
1tbsp. of Minced garlic
1tbp. of salt
1/8tbsp. of pepper
1 tbsp. of calamansi juice
1tbsp. minced garlic
1 pack of Oriental Pork Spareribs
1 tbsp of Chili sauce
1 tbsp of rice wine
3 tbsp of honey
1/3 of sesame oil



Procedure:
1. Marinate pork ribs in oyster sauce, minced garlic, salt, pepper, calamansi jiuce, and baking soda for at least 30 min.
2. Use mini wok to saute garlic.
3. Add in oriental pork spareribs, chili sauce, rice wine, honey, sesame oil and bring to a quick boil.
4. Toss in pork and serve immediately.


Chicken with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:
1. Chicken, cut into bite size
2. Ground pepper
3. Oyster sauce
4. Spring Onion

Procedure:
1. Place the chicken in the braiser pan with ground pepper
2. Cook for about 20 mins.
3. Add the oyster sauce until done.
4. When the chicken is cooked, sprinkle with spring onion leaves.

Healthy Appetizer

Ingredients:
1. Cucumber
2. Carrots
3. Apple
4. Cabbage
5. Raisins
6. Pineapple Tidbits
7. Brown Sugar

Procedure:
1. Use salad machine cone #3 and 5
2. Mix all the ingredients then refrigerate.
3. Serve cold

Peking Chicken

Ingredients:
1kg of Chicken drumsticks or thigh
1/4 cup of soy sauce
4T of star anise
dash of pepper

Procedure:
1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, star anise and pepper into your 7qts. and cook in low fire till done.
