Grapes are delicious and loves by everyone, but now, there is one more reason to add grapes to your diet. Why? It's because Grapes contain Resveratrol that slows the growth of cancer cells, and it also improves the dilation of blood vessels

Other substances you can find in grapes are Flavonoids, the flavonoids is the cause of the color purple in grapes, and the darker the color, the higher the concentration of the flavonoids. Now these flavonoids, are healthy for the body, why?


Because flavonoids are powerful antioxydants, that can delay aging.

In grapes, there's also, Quercetin. The quercetin reduces the risk of heart diseases.

Another benefit of grapes, is that it is a home remedy for migraine. And it should be taken purely (no water).

Grapes can also lower the cholesterol level in your body. It can also cure indigestion and irritation of the stomach.

Grapes also happens to have therapeutic value to asthma.
