PPTI Fun Recipes (Open House - July 15, 2013)




SPICY BEEF IN PEANUT SAUCE W/ GREEN & BLACK OLIVES

MINIWOK

Ingredients:
Beef sirloin – cut into cubes
Garlic
Onion
Tomato sauce
Tomato paste
Salt & pepper 
Cayenne (Siling labuyo)
Peanut butter



Procedure

Preheat miniwok then sauté garlic until brown & onion. 
Add beef, siling labuyo. 
Add tomato paste & sauce. 
Stir & cover. 
Simmer for about 25 minutes until beef is tender. 
Add the peanut butter and salt & pepper to taste.
 
 
 
SAUCEY BEEF WITH SNOWPEAS & CASHEW NUTS


WOK 

Ingredients:

Garlic, 
onion- chopped
Beef sirloin- sliced thinly, 
marinated in soy sauce
Snow peas
Carrots
Oyster sauce
Salt& pepper
Cornstarch to thicken the sauce
 
Procedure: 

Sauté garlic until brown then add onion. 
Add beef sirloin (marinated). 
add oyster sauce, 
stir & simmer for 10 minutes. 
Add snow peas, carrots, salt & pepper, 
and cornstarch to thicken the sauce. 
Lastly, sprinkle the cashew nuts.
 




PORK HAMONADO
ELECTRIC SKILLET


Ingredients:
Pork pigue- sliced
Carrots- sliced
Whole pickles- sliced
Pineapple juice
Salt & pepper
Sugar
Sliced pineapple
 
Procedure:

Marinate pork in pineapple juice, 
little sugar, salt & pepper. 
Then, arrange sliced pickles, 
carrots into meat & locked with toothpick. 
Put in the skillet & add the remaining juice. 
Let it simmer for about 45 minutes at 230 degrees. 
Sliced before serving and add sliced pineapple.
 
 
Sauté garlic & onion then add marinated chicken. Add all the remaining
ingredients. Stir & simmer for about 10 minutes. Lastly, add cornstarch to
thicken the sauce. 
SAUCEY CHICKEN FILLET WITH MUSHROOM
BRAISER PAN


Ingredients:
 
Breast fillet (strip) marinated w/ salt & pepper & soy sauce
Whole mushroom- sliced
Garlic, onion- chopped
Red & green bell pepper
Celery
Cornstarch
Procedure:


Sauté garlic & onion 
then add marinated chicken. 
Add all the remaining ingredients. 
Stir & simmer for about 10 minutes. 
Lastly, add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
