PPTI Fun Recipes (Open House July 22, 2013)




BISTEK TAGALOG
WOK

Ingredients:
Beef sirloin – cut thinly (marinate in soy sauce & calamansi)
Soy sauce
Calamansi
Onion rings
Salt & pepper 

Procedure:
1. Pre heat wok
2. fry the marinated beef 
3. greaseless until done
4. Add the onion rings.
 


KILAWING BABOY AT ATAY
3 QTS ROASTER

Ingredients:
Pork (kasim) cut into strip
Pork liver
Garlic, onion
Laurel leaf
Oregano
Whole pepper
Siling labuyo
Siling pikante
Fish sauce, vinegar
 
Procedure:
1. Pre heat 3qts roaster
2. sauté garlic, onion, laurel leaf,oregano, whole pepper
3. Add the pork kasim
4. Season with fish sauce, siling labuyo, siling pikante and vinegar. 
5. Simmer until tender then add the liver. 

GINATAANG ISDA SA MUSTASA
BRAISER PAN 

Ingredients:
Cream dory fillet, cut into serving size
Salt & pepper
Siling berde
Siling labuyo
Onion
Tomatoes
Gata 
 
Procedure:
1. Season cream dory with salt & pepper. 
2. Then, wrap with mustasa leaves. 
3. Arrange into a braiser pan. 
4. Add siling berde, labuyo, and tomatoes. 
5. Add the gata. 
6. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
 
AMPALAYA SA HIPON AT MISO
3QTS ROASTER 

Ingredients:
Hipon
Amplaya
Garlic
Onion
Miso
Tomatoes


Procedure:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, tomatoes
2. add the shrimps. Put the miso. 
3. Add the ampalaya then season with fish sauce. Do not overcook. 
 
KUTSINTA
ELECTRIC SKILLET

Ingredients:
2 cups cassava flour                  1 kutsinta lihiya
2 cups all-purpose flour              6 cups water
2 cups brown sugar                    niyog (coconut)
 
Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients into electric skillet. 
2. Cook at 150 degrees for 45 minutes. 
3. Wait until done then sprinkle with coconut (niyog).
