PPTI Fun Recipes (Open House July 29, 2013)



SPINACH CARBONARA
ELECTRIC SKILLET

Ingredients:
Spinach fettuccine              Sliced mushroom (into cubes)
Garlic & onion, chopped         Cream of mushroom soup
Square ham                      Nestle cream
Salt & Pepper                   Italian seasoning
                                

Procedure:

1. Pre heat skillet. Set skillet into 230 degrees for 50 minutes
2. Sauté garlic & onion
3. Add the square ham and the sliced mushroom
4. Add salt & pepper
5. Add cream of mushroom soup & nestle cream
6. Add Italian seasoning
7. Simmer until done.
 
CREAMY BEEF PIE
ELECTRIC SKILLET

Ingredients:

Garlic & onion                  All-purpose cream
Beef sirloin (strip)            cheese quick melt
Potato- mashed                  Celery
 
Procedure: 

1. Sauté garlic & onion, then add beef & sliced mushroom. Add cream of mushroom & all-purpose cream
2. Add celery, mashed potato.
3. Put cheese on top.


SPICY CHICKEN & HERBS
Ingredients:
Chicken thigh
Garlic & onion
Soy sauce
Rosemary
Tempura sauce
Salt & pepper
Cornstarch 
 
Procedure:

Sauté garlic & onion then add the chicken, rosemary & thyme. Put salt &
pepper. Then add soy sauce. Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
 
MILKFISH WITH SUNDIRED TOMATO & OLIVE OIL
3QTS ROASTER
 
Ingredients:
Milk fish
Carrots
Whole pickles
Bay leaf
Whole pepper
Sili labuyo
Olive oil
Water
Sundried tomato

Procedure:
In a 3 quart roaster, arrange all the ingredients then simmer for 1 hour.
