PPTI Fun Recipes - Open House August 26, 2013


Ingredients:
1. (500g) pasta 
2. (2tbps) minced garlic
3. (1/4 tsp) dried oregano
4. (1/4 tsp) dried rosemary
5. (1/4 cup) chopped onions
6. (1/4 cup) diced shitake mushroom
7. (1/2 cup) diced zucchini
8. (1/2 cup) diced eggplant
9. (1/4 cup) diced asparagus
10. (1 pc.) cream of mushroom soup
11. (1/2 cup) milk
12. (2 packs 225g) clara ole chunky tomato w/ three cheese
13. (1/2 cup) all purpose cream
14. (3 tbps) cream cheese spread
15. salt & pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Sauté garlic, herbs and onions w/o oil. Add in vegetables, mushroom soup, and milk and stir until completely blended.
2. Pour Clara ole chunky tomato w/ Three-cheese, all- purpose cream and cheese spread, season w/ salt and pepper, cover and wait for the vapo valve to click, then cook for 25 minutes.
3. If using electric skillet set the heat control to 130c.


Bicol Express Recipe by the Office Group

Ingredients:
1. 500G Pork
2. 300g green chili long
3. 6 cups coconut milk
4. 1 whole garlic
5. 1 pc. onion
6. salt to taste

Procedure:
Remove the stems from the chili, slice lengthwise and cut into half inch.

1. In a miniwok sauté garlic, onion and add pork.
2. Bring to boil simmer for 15minutes or until pork is cooked.
3. Pour coconut milk, add green chilies bring to boil.
4. When the sauces thicken and until the milk turning into oil turn off the heat.
5. Serve hot.


Chili Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
1. ½ kg chicken wings
2. Chili Sauce
3. Soy sauce
4. Garlic
5. Catsup
6. Pepper
7. Honey

Procedure:
Mix all ingredients then marinate chicken wings at least 2 hours. Cook for 20 minutes.


Baked Bangus Recipe: by the Office Group

Ingredients:
1. Bangus
2. Onion
3. Ginger
4. Tomato
5. Calamansi
6. Salt

Procedure:
1. Debone the bangus.
2. Clean & remove the scales.
3. Slice thinly all the ingredients then mix together.
4. Put as stuff of bangus.
5. Place in wok & cover it.
6. Wait for vapo valve clicks & wait for 10 minutes then turn it off.

Open House (July 29, 2013)






Even though the weather was quite gloomy our consultants, booking partners, trainees and guests still proudly came to join us in our FUN filled Open House.





 The crowd was greeted by our very own Mrs. Mel Devnani, who raised the crowd’s energy by giving a raffle draw for our guests, which giving them a chance to win an umbrella and apron worth below P50,000.

Spicy Honey Pork Spareribs

Ingridients:
600g of Pork ribs cut into 1 and 1/2 inches
1tbsp. of Oyster sauce
1tbsp. of Minced garlic
1tbp. of salt
1/8tbsp. of pepper
1 tbsp. of calamansi juice
1tbsp. minced garlic
1 pack of Oriental Pork Spareribs
1 tbsp of Chili sauce
1 tbsp of rice wine
3 tbsp of honey
1/3 of sesame oil

KANI SALAD

SALAD MACHINE

Ingredients:
1. Iceberg lettuce 
2. Romaine lettuce 
3. Carrots    - use cone no. 2 Salad Machine
4. Cucumber.   -  use cone no 4
5. Cherry tomatoes
6. Cabbage – use cone no 5
7. Grapes
8. Crab Stick 
 
Dressing:

1. Light mayonnaise
2. Apple cider vinegar
3. Brown sugar

Procedure: 
 
1. Mix all vegetables and fruits in a bowl
2. Arrange properly in a serving dish
3. Add dressing
4. Chilled before serving

 
HARUMAKI


WOK 

Ingredients:

1. Garlic & Onion- chopped finely
2. Chicken breast – boiled & strip
3. Celery
4. Carrots
5. Vermicelli
6. Salt & Pepper
7. Tempura Sauce

Procedure:
 
1. Pre heat wok & sauté garlic, onion, chicken strips, carrots, celery then add vermicelli (blanched in boiling water), add salt & pepper to taste. Add the tempura sauce.



BEEF SUKIYAKI


BRAISER PAN 

Ingredients:
 
1. Beef slice thinly (sirloin)
2. Pechay baguio
3. Carrots (use cone no 5)
4. Shitake mushroom
5. Enoki mushroom
6. Onion rings
7. Leeks
8. Japanese silken tofu
9. Korean noodles
10. Sukiyaki soup (Kanten)
 
Procedure: 
 
1. Arrange all ingredients in a pan, then pour sukiyaki soup. Let it boil.

TUNA TEPANYAKI
BRAISER PAN 
Ingredients:
 
1. Fresh tuna sliced
2. Beans sprout
3. Carrots
4. Cabbage 
5. Onion chopped

GRILLED PORK LOIN IN RAINBOW SALAD


Ingredients :

Carrots             -  use cone no. 2 of SM machine
Cucumber            - use cone no. 5
Curie.              -  use cone no. 4
Romaine lettuce
Iceberg lettuce
Ripe mango.         -  use cone no 2
Cherry tomatoes
Pork loin           - sliced marinated with salt and pepper

Dressing:
  
Light mayonnaise
Apple cider vinegar
Brown sugar

Just a few days ago, the Philippine Pacific Trade, Inc. (PPTI SaladMaster) had their company outing at Aquatico Resort. The event was simply amazing, and everyone had a blast.

The main purpose of the event is for everyone to have fun, get to know each other more by bonding and live the words "competitve" and "team work".

So they were all divided into 5 teams.

Open House (June 24, 2013)

Today is a wonderful day for an open house, why? Because it’s Manila day! Our consultants and clients, came early, and there are a lot of fresh faces to greet and by the looks of it, each and every one of them seemes to be pretty excited to learn something new about SaladMaster, and the amazing dishes that we’re going to whip up for them.


The theme for today’s open house is Indian, and although it’s Manila Day, we decided to bring something new to the table and literally spice up a few things on the menu.
